When Tiger showed up out of nowhere to catch Barnaby, that was really lame. I laughed out loud; it looked like a cheap employee bonding moment: “Now, guys, I want you to turn away from your partner and fall back. Trust your partner to catch you! This is a trust-building exercise!”

This came out a little more serious than I would have liked.

There’s a certain simplistic charm to the latest Tiger & Bunny. It feels somewhat nostalgic to watch a seemingly invincible villain pick off the heroes one by one on some stage and broadcasting it to the world. The scenario wasn’t a perfect sell to me, but hey, I sorta enjoyed it.
