The Fated Magical Princess: Who Made Me a Princess Ep. 6: A weirdo wizard poses as a young boy

Athanasia falls into a coma as a result of her overflowing magic, and the only person who can save her is obviously Lucas, the mysterious wizard who has been showing up lately. But does he really need to do it in his chibi-form? He eventually convinces Claude that he needs to stick around in order to continue monitoring the princess. I mean, she’s drinking a tea from her mother’s homeland, so what did Claude expect? Two people can’t have the same opinion about something? But all of a sudden, Claude is too busy to see his daughter. He gives her hope just to snatch it away because she made an innocent, innocuous comment. Next thing you know, she’s burning pictures she’s drawn of her and her father. That’s legitimately heartbreaking. No matter how smart she is, Athanasia is still just a baby who just wants her father’s love and attention. I’m not even a father and I still feel all choked up over this scene.
